The CNIO approved in November 2019 an ambitious Equality Plan that includes important measures in terms of access and selection, training, conciliation, promotion at work, remuneration and gender violence. To draw up this Plan, the Centre has focused on its commitment to respect the principle of equality, without discrimination based on birthplace, race, sex, religion, opinion or any other personal or social condition or circumstance.

A 55% of these measures are directly applicable. Some of them improve on those already established by legislation on personal, family and work-life balance, while others include medium and long-term actions to put into practice over the next four years.
