One of our principal goals at the CNIO is to do all that is in our power to increase the number of researchers in the field of oncology, and provide them with opportunities to grow their qualifications. That dual focus approach is at the heart of a pre doctoral curriculum that covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject and enlarges on them with post-doc work in Molecular Pathology and Familial Cancers, the latter two being open to residents and interns who have qualified in other areas of bio-sanitary specialization.
The curriculum is likewise designed to offer Laboratory Practice sessions directed at upper level university students and future technicians.
This initiative is designed for implementation in an open-minded learning environment that is international in scope, and one that stimulates and streamlines the learning experience.
