Information for researches: how to apply for CNIO-Biobank samples?

The Biobank is authorized by the health authorities of the Community of Madrid as regulated in RD1716/2011 and listed on the National Register of Biobanks with reference B.000848

In order to request human samples or clinical data to the CNIO Biobank, researchers must send the following documentation:

  • Request form (Word 340 Kb)
  • • Summary of the research project to be undertaken, including a detailed justification on the need for requested tissue (number of samples, type of sample and quantity of each sample)
  • Approval of the project by an Ethics Committee
  • Approval of the funding of the project.
