On the occasion of World Cancer Day, a date that seeks to promote prevention, early detection and advances in treatment, in the next few hours we will connect with young researchers from each program of the Spanish National Cancer Research Center (CNIO).
Throughout the day Pablo Blanco, from the Clinical Research Program; Guillermo Garaulet, from Biotechnology; Inma San Clemente, from Molecular Oncology; Carlos Valdivia, from Human Genetics; María Ibarra, from Structural Biology; Marta San Martín, from Experimental Therapies; and Daniel Alba, from the Biobank, will tell us in a clear, concise and accessible way how they conduct cancer research.
More than 60% of CNIO researchers are under 40 years old.
