Pablo Alborán is coming back on stage in a unique event
‘Prometo Solidario’ is an initiative to raise money for cancer research
[Update 07/04/2020] This concert has been cancelled until further notice, due to the extension of the state of alarm set up by the Spanish Government in response to the Covid-19 outbreak
The singer Pablo Alborán announced he will give a concert on April 4 at the WiZink Center in Madrid. Titled ‘Prometo Solidario’, the concert is aimed at raising money for cancer research at the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO). Tickets will become available on Thursday at 12 noon, at pabloalboran.es and ticketmaster.es.
Alborán has shown his full commitment to the fight against cancer before. “Cancer is a challenge, and the only way of facing it is with courage, effort and a will to live,” he has said.
The CNIO is one of the world’s leading public research centres in terms of both the number and impact of its scientific findings and its ability to develop new treatments. This time, the CNIO is joining forces with the Andalusian musician in an effort to raise awareness and strengthen the commitment of society to this important cause.
