Annexe 2: Request for tissue
To request tissue from the Tumour Bank Network, one original and two copies of the following documents must be sent to the central office of the TBN:

A completed request form.

A report about the project, written either in Spanish or in English.
Detailed justification of the need for the tissue and the protocols required
Documents justifying the funding behind the project.
The appropriate forms and documents must be sent to:

Requests to use the collections of the TBN may be made at any time during the year without any predetermined dates or deadlines.
