Carmen Ballesteros, daughter of the legendary golfer Severiano Ballesteros, visited the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) yesterday, on behalf of the Seve Ballesteros Foundation and donated a cheque for 100,000 euros. Four years of clinical trials at the CNIO

The CNIO Board of Trustees approves new measures as part of its Viability Plan

The Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) Board of Trustees has today updated its Viability Plan, which includes new measures aimed at saving over 8 million per year from 2014 to 2016. In so doing, the budgetary imbalance is expected to be corrected. The CNIO Viability Plan, which was approved at the end of 2012, has allowed the institution to save up to 3 million.
